WELCOME!

 

            This web site will introduce you to and inform you about the congregation and ministries of Living Christ Lutheran Church, a member congregation of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). We are located in Plainfield, Indiana, but also serve the other communities of eastern Hendricks County such as Avon and Danville, along with the west environs of Marion County and Indianapolis, Indiana.

 

            One of our major ministries to the families of the surrounding communities is our childcare ministry. Living Christ for Kids provides full-time Christian childcare, preschool, before and after school care, and summer programs for children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years. It is modeled on the Open Arms Institute’s advocacy and guidance for quality Christian childcare.

 

Another significant community asset is our Cancer Support Ministry, which provides encouraging support and assists with transportation needs for those diagnosed with and being treated for cancer.
